1. HOW DO YOU DELIVER ORDERED PRODUCTS?
We ship our products only by trusted courier service (additional cost of 12 EURO within the EU and 17,20 PLN in Poland).
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT(S)?
If the ordered product is available in our shop, we normally ship our products every Thursday (excluding holidays). Estimated time is about 4-5 working days to get our package within the EU, and 1-2 days in Poland.
3. I USE TWO BIG DSRL’S WITH GRIPS AND FLASHES. WILL REBEL ONE HARNESS MAINTAIN SUCH A HEAVY LOAD?
Absolutely– our system was tested under much heavier loads.
4. IS REBEL ONE PREMIUM SYSTEM SUITABLE FOR WOMEN?
Yes, of course. Product size is universal and has large range of adjusment, so it perfectly fits both men and women.
5. IS THE LEATHER OF REBEL ONE PREMIUM SYSTEM SOFT OR STIFF?
Our products are made of best quality leather. REBEL ONE PREMIUM BLACK is made of a bit softer leather. Althoug other (Premium Gold) leathers seem to be stiff, they get softer over the time and and adopt easily to your body.
6. IS MY CAMERA SAFE FROM FALLING?
Yes. Each Rebel One Premium clip comes with a leather safety strap. We strongly recommend to use the safety straps all the time.
7. WHAT IF I BUY THE PRODUCT AND DON’T LIKE IT?
You can return it for a refund as long as you haven’t been using it. You have 14 days to send us a statement of return via e-mail.
8. THE WARRANTY?
We offer you a 12-month warranty. Please read carefully the terms and conditions published on our website.
9. WILL I GET AN INVOICE?
Yes, you will receive your invoice in PDF. We will send it on your e-mail soon after sending your parcel.
